Grant Neary is a Co-Owner and Director of Performance Enhancement of Power Hitter Sports Performance LLC. He holds a degree in Physical Education/Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Grant has previously been employed as a High School and College Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as a High School Football and Baseball Coach. Grant also serves as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New Jersey Revolution, a professional football team competing in the Continental Indoor Football League (CIFL). He was a 1st Team All-State Baseball Player in High School and continued his career at the college level until a shoulder injury forced him from the game. Currently, Grant competes in Powerlifting. He holds multiple NJ State Records in the Deadlift and won the title of National Champion in 2005. Grant is also a published author for New Jersey Baseball Magazine and Elitefts.com, the premier strength and conditioning site on the internet.

Kim Madden is a Co-Owner of Power Hitter Sports Performance LLC. She is a graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in Physical Education. While an undergraduate, Kim was a nationally ranked member of the Red Hawks swimming team. She has continued her passion for athletics while working as a Physical Education Teacher, Personal Trainer and Softball and Swimming Coach. Over 100 of the athletes that she has worked with have gone on to careers as college athletes.
